Exhibition Assistant: Barbican

One of the leading art spaces in the UK, Barbican Art Gallery, presents the best of international visual art with a dynamic mix of modern and contemporary art, architecture, design and photography. Barbican’s second space, The Curve, is dedicated to a vibrant programme of new commissions by leading international artists.

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated individual to provide organisational and curatorial support on our programme of exhibitions, commissions, publications, and events.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate an excellent knowledge of art and contemporary exhibition practice, and have either a post-graduate arts degree combined with some relevant experience, or demonstrable experience of working in an art gallery, curatorial work and/or published writing.
