Waltham Forest: Bauhaus Residency Open Call

The Residency will investigate how Bauhaus ideology and the role of the contemporary artist/designer can address the challenges and changes brought about by rapid urbanization and climate change in the 21st Century. Through research and active audience participation the residency will show how artistic practice can provide practical solutions to these challenges through installations and interventions in outdoor public space.

The Residency will be split between Walthamstow Wetlands (roughly 2 days per week) and William Morris Gallery (roughly 1 day per week) from June 2019 – November 2020
