Designer: Guildhall School Of Music & Drama

We are looking for a creative, meticulous designer with excellent typographic skills and attention to detail to join our Marketing & Communications team. You must have a keen interest in current design trends and significant experience working as a designer.

You will be working on the implementation of the Guildhall School’s new visual identity, created by Pentagram, which will include activities such as brochure design and production; events and signage design; digital marketing design; and advertising artwork. You will be required to deliver exciting ideas and create elegant, outstanding pieces of design using industry standard software.

You will be part of the Marketing & Communications department, but will be responsible for producing design and providing brand advice for departments across the Guildhall School and its partners, and therefore must be a professionally driven and highly organised individual that possesses the ability to take a brief all the way from concept through to delivery, whilst working to and managing a series of deadlines.

This role is initially on a two-year fixed term basis, but has the potential to become a permanent position.
