We Are Hiring: Grant & Fundraising Consultant (Freelance)
Lisbon Art Weekend (LAW), a non-profit contemporary art event, is looking for a part-time (flexible) Grant & Fundraising Consultant to help us identify and apply for funding opportunities. This role offers flexibility, creative freedom, and the chance to make a meaningful impact on the development of LAW.
What You’ll Do:
• Research grants, sponsorships from public and private sources, and other funding opportunities for LAW.
• Write compelling funding applications and sponsorship proposals.
• Build and maintain relationships with funders, partners, and sponsors.
• Support the LAW team in developing and executing innovative fundraising strategies.
About You:
• Proven experience in writing grant applications and fundraising for the arts.
• Strong research and writing skills, with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and proactively.
• Knowledge of European and Portuguese arts funding.
• Experience with private sponsorships or the private sector in Lisbon.
• Excellent command of Portuguese and English (written and spoken).
This is a freelance role with flexible hours. Compensation will be based on secured grants and sponsorships, with the model to be discussed based on experience and availability.
